Do you offer maternity or medical leave?
Yes. We support owners through maternity, medical, and hardship leave.
What does rent include?
Rent includes utilities, internet, laundry, snow removal, property tax, and more. No hidden fees.

We have five convenient Eastern Iowa locations, each chosen for client-friendly access.
Where do my clients wait?
Each business decides. Clients can wait in the waiting area, common areas or inside your studio.
Is laundry available?
Yes. Every location has on-site laundry included in your rent. Coin operated laundry is stupid, especially when owners are already paying rent. Looking at you My Salon Suites.

When can I move in?
Studio setup can be completed in 2 days to 1 month, depending on your pace and customizations.
When does rent start?
Rent starts 2 weeks after you’re operational.
When is rent due?
Rent is paid weekly via electronic transfer.
When can I access my studio?
You get 24/7 access to your studio.
When are the busiest client times?
Thursday afternoon to Friday afternoon. Peak months: November to January.
